Happy Easter
It's been another odd holiday for us. Mr. BTEG is recovering from the flu, and I still have a bit of a cold, so we stayed quietly here at home. Fortunately, our daughters got to spend time outside the house, with other family. I'm a little down, but it will pass.
I'm in the process of reorganizing my part of our family craft/hobby room, so I didn't have a lot of space to get a picture set up. Heidi from When I Read I Dream looks cute in this quick pic I set up.

I found out that most of my sister-in-law's in-laws were at her house, where we would have ended up going, and things got pretty loud there, so I'm maybe just as happy we stayed home now. Glad that you liked Heidi.

We had a weird day too but now all I can remember is that the baby screamed for the entire 45 minute drive home!

I am pretty much back to normal today, thank you. Heidi is another doll from the When I Read I Dream series of dolls that used the same body and face mold as Barbie's little sister Stacie. Heidi's outfit isn't particularly accurate, and her hair definitely isn't, but everyone likes to make Heidi look like she just stepped out of the box of Swiss Miss cocoa. I do love the faces of this series; I think they were the nicest Mattel has made for Stacie. I also like the nice sturdy boots that she is wearing; you don't often get shoes that like on a play doll.
